Foodies, if you have an hour of your precious time to spare, I’ve found a video that you might want to watch. I am not exactly sure what I was doing, but I found a 6-part (approx. 8 minutes each) video of a butcher going through half of a cow. Videos are embed after the jump, vegetarians need not to follow.
