Discipline

“A person who is trained to consider his actions, to undertake them deliberately, is in so far forth disciplined. Add to this ability a power to endure in an intelligently chosen course in the face of distraction, confusion, and difficulty, and you have the essence of discipline.”

The last 1.5 days of trading has been really rough for me (especially yesterday). It wasn’t the usual losses that were really disappointing. But knowing that it was plays that I normally knock the ball out of the park, I struck out swinging and walked back towards the dugout with my tail tucked between my legs. I’ve analyzed my stats and reviewed all my trades and I couldn’t figure out what I was getting hammered all night. But I woke up and I think I figured out what I was doing wrong. I really believe that is God answered prayer. We’ll see if I’m getting this ship turned around.
